The 21 Day Jump Start program includes; Initial Fundamentals of Movement Class, Before and After Stats and Pictures, 2X a month Nutritional Workshops, 2X a month Group Support Meetings, Weekly Group Coaching Calls. 5X Week Exercise Classes (5:45-6:30am Walnut Creek or San Ramon, 9:00-9:45am Pleasanton).Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease are just a few of the serious illness associated with Obesity. Weight Loss Surgeries such as Liposuction, Gastric Bypass, Bariatric and Lapband surgery are expensive, risky and don't actually change the behaviours associated with Obesity and poor health.
In your 21 Days Program you will begin to make life style changes which facillitate a healthy life. Diets may create temporary weight loss but usually doesn't result in life long dietary changes. The XceL Weight Loss and Fitness program teaches clients how to make small sustainable changes to the way they eat and provides workshops where they will create thier own pesonal diet for life.

XceL Weight Loss and Fitness offeres exercise classes which are fun, exciting, challenging and invigorating. Our members want to be there - often it's the highlight of thier day. Each class is lead by at least one master personal trainer. The personal trainer has created a class which is varied, constantly moving and adaptable to the fitness needs of obese adults. These classes boost the metabolism, burn fat, boost energy and boost self confidence.
